In the evening, sitting on his chair and holding a pencil and book, he’s reading about karma. A question catches his attention: Are all things happening in this world the result of free will, or are they destined to happen?

Thinking about it ,He rememberes his first project.

Pratham is sitting in his 6th std classroom, Sir is announcing about ‘science fair’ going to happen in a week time. Students are tasked with making a working model and presenting it over two days

But how? He talks to his friends, and only one agrees to help—Karan. Karan’s father owns a workshop, so he assures Pratham, “We’ll make everything ourselves, and if we need help, we’ll ask my dad.”

Plan

The first question: What should we create?

Pratham remembers his visit to the Sardar Sarovar Dam during summer vacation. He had been curious about how electricity was generated but left unsatisfied with the explanations. So, they decide to create a model demonstrating the process.

Four Days left from Science Fair

At Karan's Home; sitting in an open room and project things spreaded across , they get to work. Karan quickly realizes that Pratham’s skills are...limited. He can’t even cut paper properly. Karan takes over the cutting, assembling the cardboard, and building the basic structure. They decided that Pratham will explain and Karan will create project.

But they’re stuck. How do they create a water container? How will the turbine work? How do they show electricity generation? Karan decides to ask his father for help. His father promises to assist after returning from Bombay the next day.

The next day, Karan is alone at home, waiting for his father. But a call comes—his father is stuck in Bombay and won’t return for a week.

Karan calls Pratham and breaks the news. Pratham asks, “So what can we do now?” Karan replies, “Nothing.”

Hopeless, they prepare to abandon their science fair dreams.

Two Days left

Two days before the fair, defeat weighs heavy on their shoulders. No father, no working model, no hope.

In school, the peon enters the classroom with the announcement diary. Everyone expects news about holiday schedules or reduced hours for the science fair. Instead,

“The science fair has been postponed by week.”

Pratham as he exchanges a look with Karan. Both their faces light up with hope.

Final Preparations

With the extra time, Karan works with his father, who finds creative solutions. To store water, they cut a water can in half, add a pipe hole, and use a motor to show the turbine’s cycle. They even install a switch to control water flow.
